This is a pivotal, office-based role supporting families and internal teams by managing the administrative and coordination side of service arrangements , ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism.
The role:-
Managing inbound enquiries and supporting clients through service arrangements

Coordinating bookings, schedules, and service logistics

Preparing and processing documentation, records, and service details

Liaising with internal operational teams and external service providers

Ensuring all arrangements meet legislative, procedural, and compliance requirements

Maintaining high standards of confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism

Supporting the wider team with administration and coordination as required

Strong administration or coordination experience in a professional services environment

Confident, calm communicator with a natural ability to handle sensitive conversations

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Comfortable working in a role that requires discretion and emotional intelligence

Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal systems

Experience in funeral services, healthcare, aged care, legal, or insurance environments is highly regarded
