About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support two key national programs within a not-for-profit organisation, a training and workforce program.

This role plays a key part in coordinating the Expression of Interest (EOI) process and providing high-quality administrative, communications, and stakeholder support across both programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for the EOI process, including documentation, templates, registers, submissions, and acknowledgements
  • Coordinate committee and project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Prepare correspondence, briefing papers, reports, and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain and update website content and manage shared program inboxes
  • Support records management, filing systems, SOPs, and databases
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of program documentation and correspondence
  • Work collaboratively within a team to support program delivery and continuous improvement

About You
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience supporting committees or working groups
  • Understanding of the Australian health system or government-funded programs
