Opportunity to work for a well-known, leading brand in a diverse and fast-paced position! We are currently seeking a Distribution Centre Administrator to make the move into a temporary assignment with our client in Greenacre!

This is a great opportunity to work with truly awesome teams, within a business that genuinely values their staff. 

Based in Greenacre, NSW, this role offers an ASAP start date and has the possibility to extend past the initial temporary period.

The Role 
  • Become the go-to for general administrative support for transport operations across NSW and nationally 
  • Take ownership of returns, rejections and damages for transport deliveries from other sites and DC's
  • Support with the coordination and management of documentation, scheduling and tracking of deliveries 
  • Assist with transport-related reporting and data-entry tasks 
  • Use your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to maintain strong partnerships with transport companies, promoting clear and professional communication at all times 
  • Adopt a solution-focussed approach to customer enquiries, investigating and resolving dispatch and system-related issues where needed
  • Be a first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, offering a helpful and courteous service at all times 
  • Maintain a log of key communications, escalating urgent matters to Management teams where required 
  • Utilise SAP for transport and dispatch-related transactions such as data-entry, tracking and reporting 
  • Maintain records of deliveries, returns and damages within the SAP system

You will need:
  • Experience in general administration is essential, ideally with experience in a blue-collar environment
  • Bonus points for FMCG or similar experience!
  • The ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment is critical for this role
  • Experience in the use of SAP would be beneficial
  • This position would suit candidates that make it their mission to provide exceptional customer service, problem-solving abilities and an approachable, collaborative attitude 
  • Candidates must be able to work fully from the DC in Greenacre, NSW 
  • As this is an urgent role, candidates will ideally be available for an immediate start
