Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 package

What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date member account records
- Processing payments with a high level of accuracy
- Managing member enquiries via phone and email (approx. 20% of the role)
- Supporting compliance and risk-related activities
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth operations
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in financial or professional services ( preferred )
- Strong administrative or finance-related background
- Professional, reliable, and a team-focused attitude
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly
- Full Australian working rights or candidates on a Working Holiday Visa with availability for the full contract duration are accepted
- A genuine desire to grow within a developing business
