Mayday Recruitment is partnering with a leading national retailer to recruit an Administrator to join their Shared Services team during a busy operational period. About the Role
Working within a supportive shared services team, you’ll play a key role in supporting workforce administration and day-to-day operational processes. This position will suit someone who enjoys working with systems, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage high-volume data entry in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume data entry and system updates with accuracy
• Support processing of workforce administration tasks and weekly reporting
• Assist with resolving general administrative and operational queries
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance across systems
• Provide support across the wider shared services team as required
About You
• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Confident using multiple systems and quick to learn new technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work efficiently in a high-volume, process-driven environment
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
Role Details
• 3-month temporary assignment
• $34 per hour + Super
• Full-time hours
• Based in Eight Mile Plains (hybrid)
• Immediate start available
