This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in managing purchase orders, processing invoices and managing compliance vendor activities to grow and develop their career within a business that truly values their people and will support in setting you up for success.

  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Customer Experience function by processing Marketing and Operations related purchase orders and invoices 
  • Process approvals and contracts via internal systems as per compliance requirements and payments
  • Process Training and Educational events approvals and documentations via internal systems
  • Coordinate logistics where required for event attendees
  • Management internal registers for all Operating Units in NSW, including ordering new and replacement medical devices and sending them out to team members, keeping central register up to date and responding to queries
  • Processing sales and operations related purchase orders and invoices
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required 

You will need to:
  • Experience in administration is essential 
  • Bonus points for experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries!
  • Candidates must have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with proven-experience in a compliance-heavy industry would be beneficial 
  • Candidates must have a real passion for learning, with the ability to take on new tasks quickly and efficiently 
  • Due to the strong possibility that this role will transition to a long-term position, candidates must have full, unrestricted work rights (e.g. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Partner Visa, Post-Graduate etc.)
  • As this role is offering 37.5 hours per week and a possibility to transition to a long-term opportunity, we are unable to consider candidates that have restrictions to their working rights e.g. Working Holiday Visa, Student Visa etc.
