The Role:
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead a busy, high stock operation while building a positive, high performing team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of 15–45 team members
- Overseeing the flow of 10–15 pallets of stock daily
- Driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
- Coaching and supporting team members to achieve their best
- Maintaining a strong presence across all areas of the store
- Thriving in an environment where priorities shift and every day brings something different
