Salary: $110k + $15k car allowance + fuel card + bonus

MAYDAY are excited to be assisting a global insurance brand with the recruitment of a Branch Manager / Loss Adjuster to lead their Forster office. This is a key role where you’ll combine hands-on claims work with branch leadership, client service, and business growth. Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Forster branch, monitoring profitability and service standards.
  • Provide both field and office based assessments of property claims
  • Manage a portfolio of large and complex property claims from assessment to settlement.
  • Investigate damages, liaise with claimants, witnesses, lawyers, accountants, and other stakeholders.
  • Set loss reserves, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for litigation when required.
  • Control claim costs while maintaining high service standards and meeting KPIs.
  • Conduct business development by maintaining and growing client relationships.
  • Support, mentor, and guide less experienced adjusters.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

About you:
  • Experienced Loss Adjuster or ECA ready to step into a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance practices, terminology, and claims procedures.
  • Excellent report writing, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Client-focused, professional, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in branch management or business development is a plus.
  • Full driver’s license and willingness to work across office and field as needed.
  • Loss Adjusting or related professional qualifications preferred; trade qualifications advantageous.
