This is a field-based, hands-on role —you’ll be meeting decision-makers face-to-face, pitching solutions, and closing deals. If you love generating your own leads and turning opportunities into revenue, this is your stage.
The RoleOur client is seeking a hungry Business Development Manager to own their own territory. You’ll prospect relentlessly, run demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Success is earned through grit, resilience, and a hunger to win.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and generate your own leads—cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs, and pubs
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with owners and decision-makers to pitch the platform
- Run demos, price comparisons, and solution presentations that convert
- Execute sales strategies to exceed revenue and growth targets
- Build lasting client relationships while maintaining a strong pipeline
- Report on activity, performance, and market insights to drive success
- Proven experience as a high-performing B2B hunter, 3–5 years in business development or sales
- Comfortable in a field-based role, meeting clients in their environment
- Resilient, relentless, and target-driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-starter with strong commercial awareness and a “get it done” mentality
- Hospitality / food services experience is advantageous but not essential
