Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of property claims from start to finish.
- Handle administrative tasks related to claims processing and documentation.
- Examining claims forms, policies, and instructions to determine coverage.
- Investigating claims by reviewing evidence, interviewing claimants, and assessing damages.
- Communicate with clients, service providers, and internal teams over the phone and via email.
- Preparing reports, setting loss reserves, and managing claim settlements where applicable.
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting service standards and performance KPIs.
