Internal Claims Adjuster – Entry-Level / Claims Support Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of property claims from start to finish.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to claims processing and documentation.
  • Examining claims forms, policies, and instructions to determine coverage.
  • Investigating claims by reviewing evidence, interviewing claimants, and assessing damages.
  • Communicate with clients, service providers, and internal teams over the phone and via email.
  • Preparing reports, setting loss reserves, and managing claim settlements where applicable.
  • Maintaining accurate records and meeting service standards and performance KPIs.

  • Ideally has some experience in claims handling, customer service, or related admin roles.
  • Based in Dubbo and able to work closely with the branch team.
