This is a role where your technical thinking and judgement are valued. You’ll take ownership of claims end-to-end, work on complex matters, and partner closely with legal counsel and stakeholders to drive outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of complex and technical claims within the authority
  • Applying coverage and liability analysis with confidence
  • Instructing and collaborating with defence and coverage counsel
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (including Lloyd’s)

  • Strong understanding of the Insurance Contracts Act
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator across stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
