Reporting to a supportive and empowering Claims Manager, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, taking ownership and being the central point of coordination and customer support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their career within property claims. You may already have property experience, or come from a commercial claims background and be looking to upskill within a highly respected business.
The Role
You will provide administrative and customer support across the full claims lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:-
Managing the administration of a portfolio of claims and coordinating handovers to the repair team

Answering inbound calls and resolving customer enquiries

Updating client portals in line with performance KPIs

Maintaining accurate data within the workflow system

Booking and coordinating assessor appointments

Supporting invoicing and financial tracking processes

Generating reports and documentation for job management

Providing ongoing, high-quality customer service

Identifying and recommending process improvements
Team & Leadership
You will report to a manager who provides the space and trust for you to play to your strengths, take ownership and manage your own portfolio.
