Claims Coordinator – Property Location: North Lakes
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm with flexible start/finish options
Work Type: Office based


The Opportunity

Join a friendly, close-knit and highly collaborative claims team where you will play a key role in keeping the claims process running smoothly from end to end.

Reporting to a supportive and empowering Claims Manager, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, taking ownership and being the central point of coordination and customer support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their career within property claims. You may already have property experience, or come from a commercial claims background and be looking to upskill within a highly respected business.


The Role

You will provide administrative and customer support across the full claims lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the administration of a portfolio of claims and coordinating handovers to the repair team

  • Answering inbound calls and resolving customer enquiries

  • Updating client portals in line with performance KPIs

  • Maintaining accurate data within the workflow system

  • Booking and coordinating assessor appointments

  • Supporting invoicing and financial tracking processes

  • Generating reports and documentation for job management

  • Providing ongoing, high-quality customer service

  • Identifying and recommending process improvements


Team & Leadership

You will report to a manager who provides the space and trust for you to play to your strengths, take ownership and manage your own portfolio.


About You

You are proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for:
  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • High attention to detail and time management

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

  • Property claims experience (essential)

Highly regarded:
  • Experience within insurance, construction or a related industry

  • Exposure to KPIs and process improvement
