About the Role

MAYDAY is delighted to partner with a well-regarder Insurance to find an experience Claims Specialist to join their close-knit Perth team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in property and landlord claims, managing cases from lodgement through to resolution, while delivering exceptional client service in a friendly, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end claims in line with delegated authority
• Liaise with clients, brokers, assessors, and internal teams
• Provide timely updates and advice via phone and email
• Keep up-to-date with compliance, legislation, and industry trends
• Support continuous improvement in claims processes and service standards

• Experience in end to end claims management, preferrabley within domestic property or landlord claims
