Mayday Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and people-focused Client Services Team Lead to join a high-performing financial services organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for service excellence, coaching and operational performance to lead a team delivering exceptional support to advisers and clients across multiple service channels.
You will play a key role in driving service standards, uplifting team capability and ensuring a seamless client experience while acting as a subject matter expert across investment platform products, systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Client Services team
  • Manage team workflows and ensure service levels are achieved
  • Monitor quality across calls, email and client interactions
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client and adviser matters
  • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients
  • Support compliance, risk management and operational standards
  • Contribute to reporting, coaching and team development activities

About You:

  • 5+ years’ experience within financial services
  • Previous experience leading or coaching teams within financial services, investment platforms or contact centre environments
  • Strong understanding of investment platforms, superannuation, managed accounts and administration processes
  • Proven ability to manage service levels, operational performance and quality frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and client service excellence
