📞 What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, train, mentor, and develop the Medical Reception team
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive clinic culture
- Oversee all front-of-house, clerical, and administrative operations
- Ensure consistently high standards of patient care and customer service
- Manage Medicare billing, daily banking, and financial processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and oversee general administration
- Work closely with the Imaging Manager, Radiologists, and site leadership
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations while driving team performance

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Solid understanding of Medicare billing and medical administrative processes
