Clinical Practice Lead | Part-Time (4 days per week)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Lead to provide clinical governance, leadership, and oversight across a growing high intensity support division. This is a pivotal role focused on driving best practice, improving client outcomes, and embedding a strong culture of quality across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on quality and governance role where you will shape clinical excellence across the organisation. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care for clients with complex needs.
This role is part time 4 days per week and will require travel across Regional Victoria, as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical governance, oversight, and guidance across disability services
  • Drive quality outcomes within a high intensity NDIS support environment
  • Lead best practice in medication management
  • Review and enhance policies and procedures with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Develop and deliver training to build capability across support teams
  • Conduct clinical audits, practice reviews, and lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks to client care using data and insights
  • Mentor and coach staff to uplift service quality and clinical standards
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing
  • Demonstrated experience within the disability sector (highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and clinical governance frameworks
  • Proven experience supporting clients with complex and high intensity care needs
  • Experience in medication management and clinical risk mitigation
  • Ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for person-centred care and continuous improvement
