Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your portfolio of late-stage commercial collections accounts
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Skip trace accounts and gather relevant intel to assist with resolution
- Build rapport with customers to identify reasons for arrears and negotiate tailored repayment plans or settlements
- Assess financial hardship applications in line with regulatory and company policy
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs
What You Bring:
- 1+ years’ experience in collections (preferably late-stage or recoveries)
- Previous experience in late-stage collections and skip tracing
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- A proactive, resilient mindset and a passion for problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce experience is an advantage (training provided)
- Experience in litigation is a bonus
