You’ll play a key role in supporting customers through the early stages of the collections process, guiding them towards tailored repayment solutions with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.

No collections experience? No problem.  If you’ve got strong sales or customer service experience and the right attitude, full training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls to minimise overdue balances

  • Understand each customer’s situation and develop tailored, sustainable repayment plans

  • Handle objections with empathy, emotional intelligence, and confidence

  • Accurately record customer interactions in Salesforce (full training provided)

  • Own your portfolio — working autonomously while collaborating with your team

  • Follow company and compliance procedures to the highest standard


About You:

  • You’re a natural people person and communicator who builds rapport easily

  • Resilient, solution-focused, and not afraid of tough conversations

  • Motivated by hitting (and smashing!) KPIs and targets

  • Thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments

  • Team player with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership

  • Experience in sales, call centre, or customer service roles is highly regarded
