What you’ll be doing
- Own a portfolio of commercial collections accounts
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
- Use skip tracing techniques to locate customers and support recovery efforts
- Build rapport to understand arrears and negotiate realistic repayment solutions
- Assess financial hardship applications in line with policy and regulations
- Work closely with your team to achieve individual and team KPIs
- Contribute to a high-performing, supportive collections environment
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years’ experience in collections (late-stage or recoveries preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilient, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Salesforce experience a plus (training provided)
- Exposure to litigation is a bonus, not essential
