MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a leading for-purpose health organisation to recruit an experienced Compliance & Quality Officer for an immediate 3-month contract opportunity.
This role will play a key part in supporting compliance, quality assurance, and audit activities across residential services, ensuring documentation and practices align with NDIS Practice Standards and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review and Quality Check Client Documentation
- Assess client documentation stored online to ensure records are accurate, accessible, current, and compliant with internal policies and NDIS requirements.
- Identify missing, outdated, or non-compliant documentation and support timely resolution.
Liaise with Residential Supervisors
- Work closely with Residential Supervisors to address documentation gaps identified during reviews.
- Ensure all required documentation is uploaded, updated, corrected, and completed within compliance timeframes.
Conduct On-Site Compliance Audits
- Attend residential sites to complete compliance audits using the internal MARS audit tool.
- Review operational practices, documentation, and processes against NDIS Practice Standards.
- Report audit findings and escalate any high-risk or non-compliant issues as required.
About You
- Previous experience within compliance, quality assurance, audits, or NDIS environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps and ensure accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working within health, disability, community, or residential care settings highly regarded.
