This position takes ownership of the full contract lifecycle from EOI through to settlement and post handover follow up, while leading a capable team to deliver exceptional accuracy, compliance, and client experience. You will be the go to expert for contract oversight, risk management, process improvement, and escalations.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Contracts team
- Delegate effectively and track individual and team performance
- Foster a collaborative, high performance culture
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the end to end process from EOI to settlement
- Review, negotiate, execute, and close out agreements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance at every step
Compliance and Risk
- Ensure alignment with internal frameworks and regulatory standards
- Identify and mitigate contract related risks
- Implement and refine policies and procedures
Relationship Management
- Act as a key liaison for suppliers, vendors, and clients
- Build strong, professional relationships to support smooth delivery
Performance and Strategy
- Monitor KPIs and timelines to ensure obligations are met
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead resolution of escalated matters with clarity and professionalism
- Background in contract management, procurement, property, or a similar field. Leadership experience essential. Paralegal experience is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of build and land contracts or contract law, negotiation principles, and risk frameworks.
