Contracts & Compliance Administrator – NFP Organisation

MAYDAY Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit a Contracts & Compliance Administrator to support a busy compliance and advocacy team.

This role will see you working across contract administration and review, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate records, analysing agreements, and supporting contract negotiations within a highly regulated environment.

This position requires proven experience within compliance and contracts administration specifically in NDIS, Home Care Packages or Community Housing  - this is essential for success in the role.

Role Details

๐Ÿ“ Location: Parramatta (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
๐Ÿ’ฐ Rate: $43.25 per hour + super
๐Ÿ“… Contract: 4 months
๐Ÿ•˜ Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
๐ŸŽฏ Interview process: One-stage interview via Teams
๐Ÿš€ Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across contract management and compliance processes
• Review and analyse contract terms, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
• Support contract negotiations and ongoing contract monitoring and compliance
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all contracts and agreements
• Assist with contract renewals and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements
• Work closely with the compliance and advocacy teams to support service delivery outcomes
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including interstate managers, to ensure smooth coordination

About You

• Proven experience in a compliance administration or contracts-focused role within NDIS, Home Care Packages or Community Housing (essential)
• Strong understanding of contractual documentation, compliance requirements, and risk identification
• High attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret complex information
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different locations
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
