Reception & Administration Coordinator – Brisbane CBD (Full-Time, Office-Based)

Main responsibilities include:
  • Greeting clients, visitors, and brokers with professionalism and warmth

  • Managing incoming calls, messages, emails, website enquiries, and faxes efficiently

  • Handling mail, couriers, archiving , and general office coordination

  • Supporting marketing campaigns and assisting with basic research or prospecting tasks

  • Coordinating meetings, room bookings, and catering while maintaining tidy office spaces

  • Managing property management requirements , including building access, service requests, and annual compliance checks

  • Maintaining staff lists, photos, onboarding tasks , and office systems

  • Overseeing stationery, kitchen supplies, and office equipment

  • Providing general administrative support , including data entry, banking, and ad hoc tasks


The ideal candidate:

  • Polished, professional, and confident in a client-facing role

  • Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or corporate environments is advantageous but not essential
