We are seeking a professional and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a well-established construction company based in Sydney CBD. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a corporate environment and being the first point of contact for a busy office.

Role Details📍 Location: Sydney CBD – Fully onsite
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday
💰 Rate: $41 per hour + Super
📅 Start: ASAP
⏳ Type: Temp to Perm

Front-of-house reception and meeting room coordination

Welcoming clients, contractors, and stakeholders professionally

Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries

Coordinating visitor sign-ins, deliveries, and mail management

Maintaining meeting rooms and office presentation

Providing administrative support to the wider team

Assisting with ad-hoc office coordination tasks

Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or front-of-house role

Strong communication and professional presentation

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems

Full working rights in Australia
