About the Role
In this role, you will support the delivery of core information security initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen data governance and security practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver two introductory training sessions on Information Security fundamentals
- Facilitate workshops with departments to update and maintain the Information Asset Register
- Ensure inclusion of MS Teams channels and SharePoint sites across business units
- Provide expert guidance on Protective Markings and their correct application
- Support alignment with VPDSF standards and best practice
- Proven experience working with the Victorian Protective Data Security Framework (VPDSF)
- Strong understanding of Information Security principles and governance
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate start opportunity
- Contract through to June 2026 (with possible extension)
