As a Customer Care Coordinator you will provide support and guidance to customers through inbound and outbound communication channels, via email, phone and SMS.

The role:
  • Provide support and guidance to customers through inbound and outbound communication channels 
  • Action and respond to all customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Offer proactive advice and solutions to all customer enquiries
  • Accurately record all enquiries, transactions, and process sales orders within CRM Systems (SAP and Zendesk) aligned to internal KPI’s
  • End to end management of each transaction including timely and accurate revenue recognition
  • Work closely with warehouse to ensure customer shipping expectations are met
  • Effective follow up on all outstanding Invoices 
  • Daily release of back-order transactions within SAP
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with departments within the operations division
  • Maintain records in accordance with Quality SOP
  • Conduct all activities within requirements of OHS policy.
The ideal candidate:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of supply chain and order management systems (i.e., SAP)
  • Proven ability to multitask and sustain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate with experience using SAP and Zendesk an advantage
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
