- Rostered Hours: Monday–Sunday, 7am–9pm
- Training: 2–4 weeks full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm (office-based)

As a Customer Experience Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, providing empathetic, professional, and accurate support. This is a fast-paced contact centre role, taking mostly inbound calls relating to confidential pathology and blood test enquiries.
You’ll be part of a supportive and high-performing team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring positive outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage a high volume of up to 150 inbound calls per day

Deliver a calm, professional, and empathetic customer experience

Prioritise urgent and time-sensitive interactions

Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and complaints

Maintain confidentiality and strict compliance with policies and procedures

Accurately update customer records across multiple systems

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Empathetic, resilient, and customer-focused
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Calm, mature approach when handling sensitive information

High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Confidence using IT systems and learning new platforms

Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Base salary: $55,565 + super (38 hours/week)
