What You’ll Be Doing:
- Share the unique story behind our client’s products and ethos in a confident and engaging way
- Take ownership of all day-to-day operations at the pop-up, including opening/closing, stock management, and customer follow-ups
- Use your exceptional people skills to connect with customers and promote the full product range – even those not physically on display
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure every customer touchpoint is seamless
- Go above and beyond to ensure every customer interaction is a standout moment
- Maintain immaculate presentation and visual standards within the store
- Adapt quickly, think on your feet, and always look for ways to improve both the customer journey and operational efficiency
- Ensure the environment is safe and compliant for all staff, customers, and contractors
- Be comfortable with some physical tasks, such as furniture assembly and manual handling
Who We’re Looking For:
- You'll bring at least 3 years of face-to-face retail or customer service experience and know how to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- You’ve got exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for energising any room you walk into
- Customer-first is your default setting, and empathy guides every conversation you have
- You’re proactive, reliable and comfortable managing tasks without direct supervision
- You notice the small things – from store presentation to customer follow-up
- Your written and verbal English skills are near-perfect.
- Your positivity is contagious and helps lift the team and customer experience
