  • $70,000 plus super (potential for more if you have relevant workers compensation experience)
  • Must be available to join interviews on the 10th or 11th December.
  • Start date 12th January 2026
  • Hybrid work model – 2 days in office, up to 3 days from home once training is complete.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide timely, customer-focused support to injured workers and employers.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, injury management professionals, and mobile case managers.
  • Deliver accurate information and guide clients through their entitlements and obligations.
  • Participate in claim reviews, case conferences, and client meetings as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate:
  • Experience in customer service (medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate experience highly regarded).
  • Can come from retail or hospitality backgrounds.
  • Strong communicator who’s empathetic, organised, and proactive.
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Motivated to grow and develop in a meaningful, people-focused role.
