MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with an award winning employer of choice vehicle replacement provider looking for a motivated and detail-focused Claims & Recoveries Officer to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within the automotive and insurance support space.
In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recovery processes, supporting customers, insurers, and third parties to ensure claims are progressed efficiently and outcomes are achieved.
You’ll play a key part in coordinating repair and recovery activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring costs are recovered accurately and fairly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end claims recovery processes
- Liaise with customers, insurers, and third-party providers
- Support repair coordination and claims progression
- Recover costs on behalf of the business where applicable
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems
- Provide clear, professional communication throughout the claims lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth outcomes
About You
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in customer service, call centre, insurance, or admin-based roles (preferred but not essential)
- Can start asap or have a 2 week notice period (4 weeks notice considered for the right candidate)
