Role overview:
- Manage inbound calls and emails, responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate service requests and assist with enquiries relating to faults or disruptions
- Accurately update and maintain records within an online system
- Complete general administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment
- Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on customer care
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
- High attention to detail and a results-focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously when required
