MAYDAY Recruitment is proud to partner with a global manufacturing organisation to recruit a Customer Service Officer based in their Mascot office.

This opportunity sits within a customer-focused team responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service to clients across NSW and ACT. The role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in providing professional and reliable customer support.

Role overview:
  • Manage inbound calls and emails, responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate service requests and assist with enquiries relating to faults or disruptions
  • Accurately update and maintain records within an online system
  • Complete general administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on customer care
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
  • High attention to detail and a results-focused approach
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
