Join a global leader in insurance who truly puts customers first! We’re hiring Insurance Sales and Service Consultants to become the friendly, knowledgeable voice guiding customers through their motor insurance needs.


Role Details
  • Start Date: 18 May 2026
  • Location: Brisbane CBD – easy access to public transport
  • Contract: 3 months, with possibility for extension or permanent role
  • Hours: Full-time, rotating 9-week roster cycle
  • Pay: $35.15 per hour + super, paid weekly

Roster & Operating Hours
  • 9-day fortnight pattern with 3 consecutive days off
  • Operating hours: 6:00am – 8:00pm
  • Day shifts: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Weekend coverage: 9:00am – 4:00pm (as part of a rotating roster)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling inbound customer inquiries relating to motor insurance policies
  • Providing clear, friendly policy advice and product information
  • Processing payments and updating customer details accurately
  • Navigating multiple systems to keep information up to date
  • Logging every interaction to maintain excellent service standards

Who We’re Looking For
  • Genuine, proactive individuals passionate about customer care
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous call centre or phone-based insurance customer service experience (highly regarded)
  • Available to start on 18 May and commit to the full contract term
  • Enthusiastic team players keen to grow in the insurance sector
