Role Details

• Location: Brisbane CBD – convenient access to public transport

• Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

• Hours: Rotating shifts between 7:00am – 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday

• Enjoy roster flexibility, including some weeks with a 3-day weekend

• Salary: $69,500 + super

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with every interaction

About You

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience is advantageous

• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
