Role Details
- Location: Brisbane CBD – easy access to public transport
- Start Date: April 27 th
- Contract: 6 months
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm + Rotating Saturday Rosta
- Pay: $40.56 + super, paid weekly
- Training: 2 weeks classroom style

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries with care and professionalism
- Providing clear, friendly advice and direction
- Navigating multiple systems to keep information up-to-date
- Logging every interaction to maintain excellent service standards
- Genuine, proactive individuals passionate about customer care
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Previous call center or phone-based customer service experience is a plus
- Ready to start immediately and commit to the full contract term
- Collaborative mindset, willing to pitch in as a team player.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly a strong sense of empathy.
- Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new systems.
