- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Providing basic software and technical assistance via phone and email.
- Escalating complex issues to relevant cross-functional teams for prompt resolution.
- Accurately recording customer interactions in the helpdesk system, ensuring timely and detailed documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements to the overall customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or support, helpdesk or a similar position
- Basic understanding of software or technology troubleshooting
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to think critically and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
