In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Providing basic software and technical assistance via phone and email.
  • Escalating complex issues to relevant cross-functional teams for prompt resolution.
  • Accurately recording customer interactions in the helpdesk system, ensuring timely and detailed documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements to the overall customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in customer service or support, helpdesk or a similar position 
  • Basic understanding of software or technology troubleshooting
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to think critically and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
