MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a growing SaaS organisation that delivers innovative workshop management software to the automotive industry. We are seeking an experienced Customer Training & Enablement Specialist to design and deliver impactful customer training programs that drive onboarding success, product adoption, and long-term value.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines training strategy, program design, and live facilitation. You will own the end-to-end training experience — from structured learning pathways through to delivering engaging group sessions and webinars.

About the role:

  • Design and maintain structured onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
  • Develop tailored training cadences for different customer segments
  • Deliver live virtual (and occasional in-person) onboarding sessions
  • Facilitate webinars covering new features and best-practice usage
  • Run refresher and advanced training sessions for established customers
  • Adapt delivery style to suit varying capability levels and learning preferences
  • Create and maintain training materials, including slide decks and practical resources
  • Translate technical functionality into clear, customer-friendly learning experiences
  • Partner with Product and Customer teams to ensure training aligns with software updates
  • Identify adoption gaps and common challenges through session insights
About you:
  • 3–5 years’ experience delivering customer training for software or SaaS products
  • Proven experience designing structured training programs or learning pathways
  • Confident facilitating group sessions, workshops, and live webinars
  • Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable using webinar platforms and digital learning tools
