We are currently seeking an experienced Data Quality and Remediation Analyst to support our big-brand client in the Consumer Health and FMCG space!
Use your expertise in data and reporting to rectify accumulated legacy errors, duplicate records and data discrepancies across product, vendor, customer and pricing/promotional registries.
This role will allow you to truly take initiative in a fast-paced, corporate scale-up environment where you can truly make an impact!

The Role
- Drive Data Quality Excellence - Conduct detailed data audits across multiple platforms, including ERP, supplier, and e-commerce systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies, duplicates, formatting issues, and inaccurate records.
- Lead Large-Scale Data Cleansing Initiatives - Execute high-volume data updates, standardisation, and deduplication activities, ensuring the accuracy of product, pricing, promotional, and master data.
- Maintain Critical Product & Supplier Data Integrity - Partner with Category, Pharmacy, and Operations teams to validate supplier information, trading terms, pricing, promotional deals, and key logistics data such as pack sizes and carton configurations.
- Solve Business-Critical Data Issues - Work closely with Merchandise, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to investigate and resolve master data issues impacting pricing, ordering, inventory, and customer fulfilment.
- Identify Root Causes & Prevent Recurrence - Analyse recurring data and system issues, pinpoint underlying causes, and implement practical controls and validation checks to improve data accuracy and minimise future errors.

- Experience in a Data Analyst role is essential, with technical superpowers across MS Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables) and also ERPS (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
- Bonus points for candidates with experience in Pharma, Consumer Health, FMCG or Retail!
- Be a clear, confident communication who can smoothly share insights to non-technical internal teams and stakeholders
