The Opportunity
Your remit will be to assume responsibility for two of our high performing successful temp and perm team in the first instance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Achieve business growth through the identification of established and new opportunities across our current and prospective new markets.
- Team development and leadership we place an emphasis on your ability to hire, train, engage, promote and retain your people.
- Account Development at Mayday our leaders lead by example. Key aspects of your role will be brokering meetings with clients with a view to both developing further existing accounts and bringing on new accounts.
- Commercial Management you will be responsible for a number of P&Ls, and their associated revenue and key sales metrics.
- Operational Management ensuring that your teams operate to established “best practice” standards
- Stakeholder engagement building key relationships internally with your peer group, other offices, our middle and back-office teams, and externally with our key trading partners.
About You
- Be a current manager of a team (or teams) where you have a demonstrable track record of growth across headcount, revenue and profit; working to and delivering against targets.
- Have a track record of attracting, hiring, developing, promoting and retaining both junior and senior Recruitment Consultants.
- Have a track record of commercially insightful based decision making
- Have an ability to mentor & coach people in your team
- Be able to show career growth and a track record of learning and development and a general appetite to want to better yourself.
- Communicate with awareness of the impact your words and tone may have on different individuals
