This role comes with an existing book of business, created to backfill a position due to an overseas relocation - meaning you’ll step straight into an established, reliable portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage Portfolios: Take ownership of an existing domestic insurance portfolio, ensuring clients receive high-quality advice and ongoing service
  • Negotiate Terms: Work with insurers to secure competitive and appropriate cover for clients
  • Customer Service: Deliver a premium, relationship-driven service experience that exceeds client expectations

What we’re looking for:
  • Insurance Broking Experience: Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualified, or working toward
  • Broker Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a broking role
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations
  • Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Systems Experience: Exposure to Insight, Officetech, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sunrise/Insurebot highly regarded
