What you’ll be doing:
- Manage Portfolios: Take ownership of an existing domestic insurance portfolio, ensuring clients receive high-quality advice and ongoing service
- Negotiate Terms: Work with insurers to secure competitive and appropriate cover for clients
- Customer Service: Deliver a premium, relationship-driven service experience that exceeds client expectations

What we’re looking for:
- Insurance Broking Experience: Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualified, or working toward
- Broker Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a broking role
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Systems Experience: Exposure to Insight, Officetech, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sunrise/Insurebot highly regarded
