The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial “hunter” sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building enterprise relationships from the ground up.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, targeting net-new customers while engaging senior stakeholders across multiple industries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, strategic selling, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
Essential requirement:
Fluency in Vietnamese and English to engage with key stakeholders across the Southeast Asia region.
What’s on Offer:
- $105K base salary + $105K OTE (uncapped commission)
- Structured ramp-up period:
- Month 1: 100% commission
- Month 2: 60%
- Month 3: 40%
- Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, based in Sydney CBD
- Sydney-based team (currently 5, growing to 6)

- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing enterprise deals
- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across Vietnam and Sydney markets
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, and Finance
- Deliver consultative, value-led sales solutions tailored to client needs
- Lead negotiations and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting via CRM tools
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
- 4–7 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
- Proven success in new business (“hunter”) sales and exceeding revenue targets
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (essential)
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Confident engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and automate processes
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering impactful solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
