This is a temporary contract role covering paternity leave through to July, with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high level executive support to a Chief Officer, including proactive and complex diary management
- Coordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and preparation are seamless
- Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Act as a trusted point of contact, liaising with senior stakeholders and the broader leadership team
- Manage national travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Screen and prioritise incoming communications, responding or escalating where appropriate
- Support the coordination of team and business events, from planning through to delivery
- Contribute to team engagement initiatives, including wellbeing and charitable activities
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems, both digital and hard copy
- Oversee general office administration, including mail management and ordering of supplies
- Assist with project coordination and provide broader team support as needed
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up of actions
- Manage expenses and invoice processing
- Provide ad hoc support to senior leaders across the wider team
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while remaining calm and composed
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging at all levels
- A flexible, team focused approach and willingness to support where needed
