As the key support partner to the CEO and Managing Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of executive priorities while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation's largest office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries, meetings and schedules for the CEO and Managing Director
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses and executive administration
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas and meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and assist with key business initiatives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the North Sydney office.
- Manage facilities, suppliers, office services and building relationships
- Lead office improvement projects and workplace initiatives.
- Support employee events, recognition programs and internal communications
- Partner with People & Culture to contribute to a positive and engaging workplace environment
- Significant experience in a senior Executive Assistant role supporting C-suite executives
- Demonstrated experience supporting broader leadership teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional discretion, judgement and integrity when handling confidential information
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level documentation and presentations
- A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Experience within insurance, financial services or a regulated environment will be highly regarded
