MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to partner with a highly respected national organisation to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant supporting the CEO, Managing Director, and Leadership Team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly trusted and influential position within a successful and growing business. We are seeking a polished, proactive and professional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of business operations.
As the key support partner to the CEO and Managing Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of executive priorities while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation's largest office.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings and schedules for the CEO and Managing Director
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses and executive administration
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and assist with key business initiatives
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the North Sydney office.
  • Manage facilities, suppliers, office services and building relationships
  • Lead office improvement projects and workplace initiatives.
  • Support employee events, recognition programs and internal communications
  • Partner with People & Culture to contribute to a positive and engaging workplace environment
About You:
  • Significant experience in a senior Executive Assistant role supporting C-suite executives
  • Demonstrated experience supporting broader leadership teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional discretion, judgement and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level documentation and presentations
  • A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or a related discipline will be highly regarded
  • Experience within insurance, financial services or a regulated environment will be highly regarded
