You’ll be the right-hand to senior leaders who value organisation, discretion, and proactivity. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage diaries, book domestic and international travel, take minutes, prepare polished reports and presentations, organise corporate events and catering, and support ad hoc requests from the Directors. The culture is professional but approachable, with plenty of banter and a “get it done” attitude — someone personable and proactive will fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:

Full diary management, scheduling, and inbox support for multiple senior leaders

Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and logistics

Preparing reports, presentations, Board papers, and Executive meeting materials

Minute-taking at key meetings, including Executive, Board, and HSEQ meetings

Organising catering, corporate events, and internal team initiatives

Managing expense reconciliation and company credit card approvals

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the business

Supporting Directors with ad hoc requests, personal and professional, using your own initiative

Collaborating with other EAs and Office Managers to coordinate meetings, processes, and documentation

Assisting with corporate communications and internal reporting as required

5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally in property, construction, or related industries

Personable, proactive, and confident with a “can-do” attitude

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams

Experience managing expenses, credit card reconciliation, and travel bookings
