MAYDAY Recruitment is currently partnering with a purpose-driven Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO during a period of significant change and growth.

This is a high-impact, senior-level opportunity within a values-led organisation, offering the chance to work closely with executive leadership and the Board while contributing to a business making a genuine difference in the community.

The role will initially commence as a temp contract, with a strong view to convert to permanent for the right candidate.

As the EA, you will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, managing day-to-day operations, supporting board processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across senior stakeholders.

Role Details
๐Ÿ“ Location: Rhodes – Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 WFH)
๐Ÿ•˜ Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: $125k + super + salary packaging
๐Ÿ“… Duration: Temp to perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level 1:1 executive support to the CEO
• Manage complex diary, inbox, and priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate Board and executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Support governance processes and board documentation
• Arrange travel, meetings, and key internal/external communications
• Act as a key liaison point between the CEO, Board, and wider business
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion

Ideal Candidate
• 10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite
• Strong experience working with Boards (minutes, packs, governance exposure)
• Confident, resilient, and adaptable within a changing environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within NFP, healthcare, or regulated environments beneficial but not essential
• Full working rights in Australia
