MAYDAY Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established organisation and is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior EA looking for an immediate start contract role, with the potential to extend. There is also a permanent opportunity available for the right long-term fit.
As the EA, you will act as a trusted support partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while managing priorities in a busy environment.
Role Details
๐ Location: Gordon (fully onsite)
๐ Hours: Monday–Friday | Standard office hours
๐ฐ Rate: $55/hr + Super

Duration: Initial 4-week contract with strong potential to extend

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level executive support to the CEO
• Complex diary and inbox management
• Coordinate meetings and appointments
• Prepare documentation, agendas and meeting packs
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage confidential information with discretion
• Support day-to-day operations and ad hoc executive requests
Ideal Candidate
• Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO or senior executive level stakeholder
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Professional communication style and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong administration capability
• Full working rights preferred due to potential permanent opportunity
