MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a specialist Executive Search firm within the MedTech, Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors to recruit an Executive Talent Recruiter.
This is a fast-paced, 180 recruitment delivery role supporting retained executive search assignments across senior and executive-level appointments.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the candidate side of multiple searches, from market mapping, headhunting and screening through to candidate management, interview coordination and preparation of candidate packs.
While this is primarily a delivery-focused role, you'll also have regular interaction with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the search process, so previous professional client engagement experience is essential.
With the team working predominantly remotely, we're looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their searches and keep multiple processes moving without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage 180 recruitment delivery across multiple retained executive search assignments
- Conduct market mapping and identify relevant talent across MedTech, Life Sciences and Healthcare
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and qualification calls
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure all recruitment and search activity is accurately tracked and documented
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare high-quality candidate packs, profiles, reports and shortlists for client presentation
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Engage professionally with clients and senior business stakeholders throughout the search process
- Work closely with senior leadership to progress searches from brief through to placement
- Independently manage multiple searches, deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Previous experience within agency recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition or a similar recruitment delivery role
- Strong 180 recruitment experience, with hands-on exposure to proactive sourcing and headhunting
- Previous professional client engagement experience is essential
- Confident conducting candidate screening interviews and qualification calls
- Strong candidate management skills with the ability to build relationships with senior and executive-level talent
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live searches and competing priorities
- Comfortable working autonomously and independently within a predominantly remote environment
- Proactive, accountable and confident taking ownership of your workload without needing constant direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly when preparing candidate documentation and maintaining accurate recruitment activity
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems highly regarded
- Comfortable working at pace within a busy, deadline-driven executive search environment
