MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a specialist Executive Search firm within the MedTech, Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors to recruit an Executive Talent Coordinator.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with recruitment, talent acquisition, executive support or recruitment coordination experience to join a growing executive search business and work directly alongside senior leadership.
Combining executive support, recruitment coordination and executive search delivery, you'll play a key role in managing candidate processes, stakeholder engagement and search execution across senior-level appointments.
Role Details
๐ Location: North Sydney (1 day in office, 4 days WFH)
๐ฐ Rate: $40–$45/hr + Super
๐ Duration: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend
๐ Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate interviews, meetings and recruitment processes end-to-end
• Manage candidate pipelines, market maps and recruitment activity
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Prepare candidate profiles, shortlists and client-facing documentation
• Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including inbox and diary management
• Act as a key liaison between candidates, clients and internal stakeholders
• Support retained executive search projects from brief through to placement
Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination or executive support
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior candidates and business leaders
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems or similar recruitment tools highly regarded
