With continued demand across disability and community-based services, we are expanding our NDIS business support talent network and inviting expressions of interest from experienced professionals seeking temporary or contract opportunities within purpose-driven organisations.
We work with providers delivering services across supported independent living (SIL), in-home care, allied health, plan management, and community access programs — and we anticipate strong hiring activity across corporate and operational support functions.

Typical responsibilities may include:
-
Managing high-volume intake enquiries, referrals and service bookings
-
Coordinating complex staff rosters across SIL and community programs
-
Supporting onboarding, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and compliance documentation
-
Processing NDIS claims, invoicing, billing and reconciliations
-
Maintaining client management systems and case notes
-
Supporting audit preparation, incident reporting and quality frameworks
-
Providing executive or operational support to Service Delivery or Operations teams
-
Ensuring accurate record-keeping across CRM and rostering systems
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Previous experience within NDIS, disability services, or community care environments
-
Strong understanding of NDIS compliance, funding models or service delivery operations
-
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced service settings
-
Confidence using CRM, rostering, HRIS or finance systems
-
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
