Key Responsibilities

Diary and email management, meeting coordination

Document preparation, correspondence, and data entry

Front-of-house and reception duties (where applicable)

Office coordination and general administrative support

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas

Managing travel arrangements and expense reconciliations

Assisting with onboarding of new staff and maintaining office supplies
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience with MS Office and/or ERP systems advantageous
- $35.15 – $55 per hour + super (dependent on the role and your experience)
